VEGAN CULTURE LL23
Vegan starter culture for the production of vegan milk substitute products. May be used with Soy, grain, nut and almond milks.
Best stored at -18ºC.
This concentrated, freeze-dried culture comprises of the bacterial strain Lactococcus Lactis. Produces a mild to medium acidic culture for use in plant-based milks.
LL23 is G.M.O free.
Open sachet and add to the processed milk. One sachet will inoculate 50 litres of milk.
