CHEESE MOULD NO.10 - SQUARE
We supply a range of cheese moulds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilisation.
Each mould is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape.
This particular mould is an open square and measures 100mm along each side, with a height of 100mm. The cheese that this mould produces is known as Pont L'Evêque, is a delicious French semi-soft variety and is usually an uncooked, un-pressed cow's-milk cheese weighing about 400g.
