This small rectangular FETA mould is ideal for FETA STYLE CHEESES

Manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilisation
The mould is drilled with several holes to allow the whey to escape. The sides are perforated and is fitted with short feet to assist drainage of the whey
Measures 85mm x 160mm at the top x 70mm height. There is a taper to assist in the removal of the cheese
Produces approximately 500g cheese
