Yo-Mix Yogurt Culture (ABY-2C LYO 225 DCU)
Well adapted to set, stirred and drinkable yogurt.
This is a freeze-dried culture and will produce a thick and mild yogurt.
DESCRIPTION: A blend of defined strains of lactic bacteria for direct vat inoculation of milk, milk bases and other food applications.
USAGE LEVELS:
225 DCU for 1125 litres
20 DCU for 100 litres
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Sanitise bottle with chlorinated water or appropriate sanitiser before opening (blot dry to prevent clumping around bottle opening). Once opened add culture direct to pasteurised mix. Agitate for approx. 30 minutes on low speed. Recommended incubation temperature: 38-45 degrees ºC.
