Patent floating wire slips smoothly through all types of cheese, with minimal crumbling and waste. Replacement wires fitted in seconds.
After each cut, the wire returns automatically to the cutting position. When not in use, the handle is housed in retaining slots where the wire is kept semi-taut and free from kinks.
The base measures 33cm x 27cm.
The standard length for the wires are 60cm but 45cm and 90cm long versions are also available. Spare parts are also sold separately.
