This mix of nettles is perfect for adding flavour to your cheeses. Great in soft cheeses, goats' cheese, Gouda, Feta and many others.

Herbs may be sterilised in boiled water for a few minutes before use. For harder cheeses please soak the herbs for a couple of hours before use. For fresh, soft cheeses there is no need to do this.
This product does not contain any ingredients from genetically modified plants.
Contains no known allergens. The nettles are produced without animal ingredients and without ethanol and thus meet Halal production conditions.
Store in a dry and sealed container. Max 25°C.
