CHEESE MOULD NO.12 - CIRCLE WITH BASE
We supply a range of cheese moulds that are all manufactured from special 'Dairythene' plastic for easy sterilisation.
Each mould is drilled with numerous holes to allow the whey to escape.
This particular one is a large cylinder mould complete with base that has a 93mm height and diameter of 190 mm. It is used for the production of many cheeses including Roquefort, as well as low-fat cheeses such as Tommé and will produce a cheese of around 1.7kg-2kg.
