MD 88 50DCU Flavour Adjunct
MD 88 is an adjunct gas producing culture that gives off buttery flavours.
It needs to be added in conjunction with an acidifying culture. Suitable for semi-hard cheese types.
Contains: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis
Carrier: Sucrose - Maltodextrins
This particular culture is 50DCU and is suitable for up to 1000 litres of milk.
Store at below 4C.
