Garlic & Herb Mix for Cheesemaking
This mix of garlic, parsley, onions, white pepper and salt is perfect for flavouring your cheese during the cheese making process.
Use as a coating or add directly to the cheese.
Sold in 500g bags.
Herbs may be sterilised in boiled water for a few minutes before use. For harder cheeses please soak the herbs for a couple of hours before use. For fresh, soft cheeses there is no need to do this.
Store in a dry and sealed container.
