Chives for Cheesemaking
This mix of chives is perfect for adding flavour to your cheeses. Great in soft cheeses, goats' cheese, Gouda, Feta and many others.
Sold in 500g sealed bags
Herbs may be sterilised in boiled water for a few minutes before use. For harder cheeses please soak the herbs for a couple of hours before use. For fresh, soft cheeses there is no need to do this.
May contain possible traces of Lactose/milk.
Store in a dry and sealed container.
